This app is a privately operated family shopping list application. It is self-hosted and not distributed commercially to the general public. This policy describes what data is processed and how.

Using the app processes the following data: email address, display name, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), as well as the shopping and inventory lists you create, including items, categories, stores, and optionally uploaded item images.
The data is used exclusively to provide the app's core function: jointly managing shopping and inventory lists within the family. There is no tracking, no analysis of usage behavior, and no advertising.
All data is stored on a self-operated server, transmitted encrypted via HTTPS, and not shared with third-party cloud services.
When scanning a barcode, only the barcode itself (no personal data) is sent to the Open Food Facts API (openfoodfacts.org) for product lookup. No further data is shared with third parties.
You have the right at any time to request information about the data stored about you, as well as to have it corrected or deleted. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, completely and at any time, within the app (Settings → Delete account). For further inquiries, please contact the address above.
The app is used exclusively within a closed family circle. Accounts are not publicly advertised and are only assigned by the operator.
This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features change. The current version is always available at this address.
